Returns Policy
We want you in gear you love. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange unworn, unwashed items in original condition.
Exchanges (size or design): free. We cover return shipping with a prepaid label. Email orders@sloesailing.com with your order number.
Returns for refund: customer covers return shipping. Refund issued to original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the item.
Final sale: custom orders and sale items are not returnable.
Defects: if your shirt arrives damaged or has a vinyl/print defect, email us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll make it right at no cost.
